Receptionist / Office Assistant Needed
We are looking for a dependable, friendly person to greet guests and answer telephones at our office reception desk. One primary job responsibility will be to
create our weekly bulletin using Microsoft Publisher software. This employee would also perform general office duties such as: ordering supplies, mailing letters and
statements, filing, making copies, assisting our ministry leaders with clerical needs, and updating our prayer chain. Microsoft Word and Excel experience would be
helpful. This person must be available Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 9:00am to noon, (approximately 27 hours per week).

Winter Clothing Drive For Kiddos June 1 through June 9
Our Lady of the Valley Women’s Group is collecting gently used children’s winter wear (coats, boots, hats,
mittens). Children’s sizes 5 –12 especially needed. Check your closets and bring items you no longer
need. (New items are gratefully accepted!) There will be labeled bins in the Narthex beginning June 1. All items are donated to local schools at the beginning
of the next school year. Thank you for your help!

Cake and Punch Reception in the Hall after Mass. Enrollment of the Brown Scapular Sun., May 26 at 9:30am between the morning Masses. Please join us in the church. Thanks to the generosity of Bob and Darci Blackstock, we have 100 brown scapulars to hand out or you may bring your own for the enrollment.

ness and presence of God, and our recourse to the grace of the Sacrament. The Brown Scapular of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel is a
