We are excited to announce the completion of some projects that have been completed.Phase I of the courtyard project is completed. Phase I included theiron fence. Phase II will include staining and sealing the concrete to create a true “courtyard” feel. Phase II also includes landscaping the area between the concrete pad and Driving Range and between the Clubhouse and the fence. Please notice that we have put a fence from the clubhouse to the lake. This is here to alleviate walking behind the clubhouse to get to the range. This was requested by our Board of Governors due to the fact that some non Members were walking around the clubhouse tohit range balls. I want to take the time to thank Justin Herter with Capital Construction and Nadim Saddiqui with Custom Fence for donating their time to help their Club.Mr. Herter and his company are responsible for the wood deck and Mr. Saddiqui and hiscompany are responsible for the iron fence and cross ties for more improvements.

Renovation Projects
