Step 1: Turn top upside down to expose pilot holes.Step 2: Set base assembly on top and align pilot holes, ensuring that the top is aligned in correct

orientation with base plate (longer side of top should correspond to longer side of base).Step 3: Install the #12-8 x 1” phillips head screws into top, being careful not to overtighten.

*CAUTION*Ensure that top is placed on a debree-free surface

or padded floor (carpet) when flipped upside down to prevent damage to surface finish

Step 1: Apply one felt pad to the bottom of each glide

NOTE: Felt pads are only needed when tables areused on non-carpeted surfaces. Felt padsreduce the risk of scuffing or scratchinghard surfaced floors.
