fettucineIngredients: 500 grams Fettucine noodles(or any desired pasta) 1 can evaporated milk 250 mlall purpose cream 1 can creamed ofmushroom soup 200 grams sweet ham 200 grams bacon 1 head garlic, minced 1 onion, minced 1 teaspoon ground pepper 2 tablespoons olive oil 250 gramsgrated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped (optional)Cooking Instructions:1. In a large pot,preparethe pasta based on cookinginstructions. Setaside.2. Fry the bacon but not too crispy. drain and cut into small pieces. Setaside.3. Fry the ham, drain and cut into small square pieces. Setaside.4. In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic and onion. Add 3/4 of fried bacon and ham.5. Add evaporated milk and creamedmushroom soup.6. Add the all purpose cream and grated parmesan cheese. Stir and bring toboil.7. Season with ground pepper.8. Add more evaporated milk or a cup of water if the sauce is too creamy or salty.9. Simmer until beginning to thicken. Remove from heat.10. Preparepasta on pasta tray, top with grated Parmesan cheese together with the remaining bacon and hambitsand chopped parsley.11. Serve with garlic bread. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and let simmer in meat juices untilribsare tender when pierced, about 1 1/4 hours. Stir occasionally.2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add remaining chopped onion and saute, stirring often, until onion is soft. Blend in the ginger, honey, sugar,Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and remaining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cook all together, stirring, until well blended. Remove from heat.3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).4. Usingtongs, removeribsfromstockpot and arrange in a single layer in an 1116 inch baking dish. Brushevenlywith the honey mixture andbakein the preheated oven, basting often with pan drippings, about30 minutesor untilribsare well glazed.
