1) Cabbage (sour)2) Bacon, pork 3) Sausage s4) Onion, garlic 5) Tomato pasta6) Spices (salt, pepper)
Preparation:Boil sauerkraut in a separate pot with 2 cups of water. Cut bacon, pork and sausages in small squares . Peal and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Fry everything together in a separate pan until golden brown. Combine in a tall pot all precooked ingredients. Add tomato paste and spices. Mix well and leave to stew for about 1 hour.
Best served with fresh bread.
