PROCESSMix butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and beat for a few minutes more. Sift the flour, unsweetened cocoa and baking powder and incorporate slowly without stirring. Pour half the mixture into a mold previously buttered pudding this and floured. Place tablespoons of fresh chilled milk in the center over the pudding. Add the liquid ingredients, all except cream, little by little, mixing well (best done in a blender or food processor, cream that I is homogeneous and gain some consistency). What ingredients need to prepare... Tuna?

• 600 gr. tuna loins• Pepper• Olive oil• The zest of 1 lime• Sal

How prepared Tuna?

This grilled tuna may do so either in a very short time. We begin by putting an iron fire spread with oil (if we have we can use an iron skillet). When hot, toss the tuna loins, with strong fire ... this way will seal the meat of the fish. Leaving a minute on each side and down the fire.

Cantonese Fried Rice Enjoy one of the most famous rice dishes of the world with origins in China in the blink of an eye!

What ingredients need to prepare… Cantonese fried rice? • 300 gr. rice • 100 gr. pea • 150 gr. Fresh ham on a slice • 1 tablespoon of glutamate • 2 eggs • 2 leeks • Soy sauce • Soybean oil

How prepared fried rice Cantonese?

We started our Cantonese fried rice cooking rice about ten minutes past the time we drain, let cool and reserve.

Tortilla Soup The classic and traditional tortilla soup, also called Aztec soup, cooked in an easy way, but without losing its traditional essence.

What ingredients need to prepare tortilla soup..?

• 15 tortillas (corn are as breads and are crushed) • 3 ripe tomatoes ball • ½ medium white onion • 2 cloves of garlic • 2 sprigs epazote * • 6 cups chicken broth • 3 dried red peppers (pasilla) • 5 ounces of panela cheese into cubes • 1 avocado, diced • Corn oil leftover from frying tortillas • Salt and white pepper to taste broth

How prepared tortilla soup?

To make the tortilla soup, start by cutting the tortillas into strips and fry in corn oil until golden brown.

Lightly toast one of the dried peppers (pasilla chilies) in a pan over low heat. Remove from heat, scrape out the seeds, and put it to soak in warm water for 15 minutes.

Take the bowl of the mixer a little water, soaked pepper, tomato, garlic and onion, and grind.

In a casserole we take a tablespoon of oil and when hot, add the mixture to the mixer vessel, previously cast for the sauce is smooth. Add the epazote leaves and refried a little more.

The first thing we will do in this sauce, will peel and grate tomatoes. Then chop the garlic, onion and bell pepper.

Now put a frying pan with a little oil. When hot, toss the onion, pepper, garlic and cayenne (we could also use chillies). Pochamos until everything softened and then add the tomato. We also add a little salt, and a pinch of each spice (to

taste) oregano, cumin and pepper. Finally pour the sugar and cook over low heat until sauce thickens slightly.

This spicy salsa we can use in our dishes, but is also perfect for dipear.

Macaroni with ground beef Delicious bowl of macaroni and ground to prepare meat anytime. Simple, with few ingredients and great taste.

To prepare macaroni and ground beef first thing we have to do is put a pot of water on the fire to cook the pasta. When we are boiling water add the macaroni with a pinch of salt and cook what they tell us the manufacturer.

While pasta is cooking put a pan on the fire and add two teaspoons of olive oil. Peel onion and chop finely. Add the onion to the pan and simmer pochamosa with a few grains of salt.

Chop the pepper and also add to the casserole. Add meat and season to taste.

We add to the pan in which we are preparing the ground beef macaroni grated tomato and stir to mix everything.

Drain them and add macaroni casserole. Mix all ingredients.

Add to macaroni and ground beef fried tomato sauce and check that it is well with salt and ground black pepper.

Serve this dish with a little grated cheese on top.

Shrimp CevicheA recipe similar to a seafood salad made with cooked in orange juice and mustard shrimp ceviche.

What ingredients need to prepare... Shrimp Ceviche?

• 500 grams of shrimp (prawns) • 1 red onion • 1 pepper • Coriander (cilantro) to taste • 4 lemons • 2 oranges • Pepper to taste • 1 avocado • 1 tomato • 1 tablespoon mustard • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce • Sal

PROCESS

Before you start cooking the shrimp ceviche, peel shrimp (prawn or shrimp) and retírales intestines. Rinse them with water and set aside in a little water with the juice of a lemon.

Chop the red onion, pepper and tomato into small pieces, and mix with coriander (cilantro) chopped in a bowl with salt and lemon juice.

When you are cold, mix the sauce with vegetables. Check the taste of shrimp ceviche and add a little lemon if you like. Serve accompanied with slices of avocado.  

Steak with onions recipe The steak and onions is a delicious dish that can be prepared for a family meal. It is very juicy and rich so it is perfect for kids and grandparents.

What ingredients need to prepare... steak with onions?

• 4 beef steaks • 2 large onions • 1 green pepper • 2 tomatoes • 1 pinch of parsley • 2 tablespoons oil • 1 tablespoon butter • Sal • Pepper

To have a good steak and onions you must first add salt and pepper to steak. We should do both sides and tastes to you. Aside on a plate.

In a large skillet add the oil and the butter, and put on medium heat.

What concerns us more time to prepare the spinach and onion omelet is cooked vegetables. We will put a pan with water on the fire, add salt and kilo spinach, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
