    Reclaim Your Body

    Step 1:

    In Step 1, start with cleansing, glandular balancing,

    probiotics, and yeast (fungus killing) products

    before beginning step number 2. During this stage,

    we will also add a Protein drink to take the place of

    one meal a day.

    Choose 1 of 6 cleanses:

    Liquid Cleanse #3193-1 (for those that cant do

    pills)

    Purpose: Cleansing helps your body deal with

    toxins that are released. Fat cells hold toxins and

    you will be losing fat cells (weight) quickly. While

    losing weight, you will be metabolizing fat at a

    faster rate and you will be releasing toxins at a

    higher rate. Cleansing will clean your colon and

    liver to deal with the extra toxins released and manyof you will begin losing weight during this stage,

    since the average colon holds 5 to 25 pounds of

    impacted waste, with John Wayne leading the way

    with 40 pounds of impacted feces found in his colon

    during autopsy. Also, the body will protect itself if

    the body is too toxic and will not allow weight loss.

    Now Choose Your Glandular Products:

    One or more of the following products should be

    chosen to support Glandular Balancing.

    Take the cleanse, glandular products, yeast fungal,

    drink plenty of water (recommended 1 gallon).

    Eliminate all soda pop! Reduce sugar and bread, so

    that your body does not go into shock on stage two.Once again drink plenty of water!! During this

    cleanse stay away from sodas, sugars, and white

    flour products. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables

    and replace one meal a day with a protein drink.

    Timeline: 2 Weeks (14 days)

    *Make a Calendar for Yourself*

    Step 2:

    On the 15th day start the homeopath drops and

    began eating fatty foods. Continue for the next day,

    which is the 16th

    day. This means that you will

    begin the drops. Take 10 of the homeopathic drops

    3 times a day which is broken into breakfast, lunch,

    and dinner while eating fatty foods. These two days

    are called Loading the Fat. This is important.

    Some examples of foods you may eat while taking

    the homeopathic drops are: Breakfast-butter, eggs,

    and fried fish, coconut oil, flax oil, olive oil, hash

    browns, fried eggs, organic whipped cream (best if

    whipped cream is made with Vanilla Stevia), thishelps to prevent blood sugar issues on days 17, 18,

    and 19.

    Purpose:

    This particular step helps your body to store fat.

    However, the diet that you are about to partake of

    has no fat whatsoever or very little fat. You will be

    living off of that fat you loaded up on during those

    3 loading days and your own body fat. People who

    have loaded to capacity during step #2 will usually

    feel remarkably well, have no hunger and do not

    feel tempted when eating atthe table with their

    family. They feel lighter, more clear headed, and

    feel more energized than they had in the past. On

    the other hand, those who do not loaded to capacity

    during step #2 will notice minor discomforts and

    will not sense the same euphoric feeling of those

    who properly followed instructions. So, I muststress the importance of loading to capacity even

    when you are afraid to do so for fear of gaining

    more weight. You will lose any extra weight that

    you put on within the first two days of step #3 and

    you will feel much stronger throughout the entire

    program.

    Mind Set:

    It is at this time that I would like to address the

    issue of your mind set. I am referring to where you

    will keep your focus during this program. It is

    imperative that you focus on the desired end result

    and NOT on what you think that you are missingout on. I am speaking about you thinking that you

    are missing out on some favorite treat that you love.

    I want you to remember that this next step of the

    program is only for a period of 23 to 40 days. I donot want to marry you; I want you for 23 to 40 days.

    KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE! The prize

    of improved health, being able to bend over and tie

    your own shoes, tucking your shirt in if you choose,

    being there to enjoy your family etc Whatever

    your original motivation was for starting the

    program, you will want to remember it throughout

    and the minute you see something that you think

    that you want, refocus and remember why you

    started the program and how good it is going to feel

    in the end and that pleasure will be MUCH longer

    lived. You will need to want the result more than

    you want some immediate perceived pleasure. You

    will not want food because you hungry, but because

    we are addicts to the foods that we love. Followingthrough with this entire program can teach you

    disciplines that can be carried into other areas of our

    lives. You will also notice at the end of the

    program that you have better self control than you

    did previously over what you put into your mouth.

    You will continue the use ofall before mentionedproducts with the exception of the Cleanse.

    Timeline: 2 Days

    Step 3:

    On the 17th

    day you will start a very low calorie

    diet, since the homeopathic that you will be starting

    will flood your blood stream with your own body

    fat to be used as food. It will be important for youto take the homeopathic as your first source of food.

    You will notice that as soon as you take the drops

    that your hunger will begin to subside as fat floods

    into the blood stream and you begin to use it as

    food. Again, Take 10 drops 3 times a day breaking

    them up between breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

    Starting now you have the choice to take the

    homeopathic drops for 23 days or 40 days. *

    Normal weight loss for this period is close to a

    pound a day. I suggest that you plan on dropping

    2 to 5 pounds below your desired weight as there

    may be a 2 to 5 pound adjustment. So the number

    of days you choose will depend upon the amount of

    weight you wish to lose. On the 23 day program

    you will take the drops for the 2 days of loading and21 more days while on the low calorie diet. If you

    decide on the 40 day program, you will take the

    homeopathic 6 days of the week and discontinue the

    drops for the 7th

    day each week, while maintaining

    the diet. I will say it again, do not take the drops

    but continue to stick to the low calorie diet.

    Example of 40 day period diet: Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday,

    take the drops 3 times a day while eating the low

    calorie diet. On Sunday, do not take the drops

    but continue eating the same low calorie diet.

    Repeat this during the 40 day period. It is very

    important that you follow the following meal

    plan to perfection and that you weigh yourselfDAILY to make sure that you have not variedin any way. Your daily weight will tell whether in

    some way you have cheated yourself. You are not

    to go over the 40 days during any one session.

    The Diet

    The low calorie diet contains ONLY the

    following items. DO NOT MAKE

    SUBITUTIONS!!!

    *Even as much as one bite outside of

    the guidelines that follow can set you

    back for as many as three days.

    Dont do it!

    Breakfast: Tea or coffee in any quantity withoutsugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in

    24 hours. Stevia may be used.

    This may be taken alone or you may eat of a

    grapefruit or 1 apple (apple may be baked and

    cinnamon and stevia added for flavor).

    Lunch:

    1. 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast,

    fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All

    visible fat must be carefully removed before

    cooking, and the meat must be weighed

    raw. It must be boiled or grilled withoutadditional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring,

    dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The

    chicken breast must be removed from the

    bird. Remember that you are eating your ownbody fat and that is why you must not add

    additional fat or you will actually gain weight.

    2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen

    from the following:

    Spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green

    salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red

    radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, or cabbage.

    Amounts:

    5 to 8 celery sticks

    3 to 4 handfuls of spinach, chard, chicory, beet

    greens or lettuce.

    1 whole tomato

    1 whole cucumber

    2 handfuls of asparagus

    2 to 3 handfuls of cabbage

    In the first 10 days you will be able to choose two

    at a meal and successfully lose weight. In the

    days that follow, you will need to go back to the

    original protocol and eat only 1 choice at a meal.

    Dinner : Will be the same as lunch.

    Snack: An apple, orange, or a handful ofstrawberries or one-half grapefruit. One

    grissini breadstick may be eaten at this time as

    well or you may eat it with lunch or dinner.You may have a total of 2, but they must be

    separated into different meals or snacks.

    The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all

    purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard

    powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme,

    marjoram, etc., may be used for seasoning, but

    no oil, butter or dressing (unless made from the

    above choices).

    Tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water are the

    only drinks allowed, but they may be taken in

    any quantity and at all times.

    In fact, a person should drink 1 gallon of fluids

    per day. Many patients are afraid to drink so

    much because they fear that this may make them

    retain more water. This is a wrong notion as the

    body is more inclined to store water when the

    intake falls below its normal requirements.

    If the grapefruit or apple is not eaten at

    breakfast then you may eat it later at night for

    another snack.

    You will need to be careful of lotions, hairproducts and makeup to watch for oils that may

    be absorbed and act as fat. We have two

    suggestions here:

    Tates Miracle Lotion can be used in hair, body

    or face.

    Use a Collagen lotion for the face as a choice for

    those who prefer a heavier face lotion.

    The 100 grams of meat must he scrupulously

    weighed raw after all visible fat has been

    removed.

    Timeline: 21 or 38 Days

    Step 4:

    For the next 3 days do not take the homeopathic

    dropsbut stay on the low calorie diet. Continue

    eating only foods used in diet.

    Purpose:

    This will allow the homeopathic to get out of your

    system. These 3 days are important because this is

    the last of your fat losing cycle and you can put on

    weight since you are still feeding your body fat into

    your blood stream for your food.

    If anytime during this step of the program you

    plateau in weight loss, you will want to determinewhat the situation is.

    Step 5:

    Now begin 3 weeks of setting your weight. You willdo 3 weeks of a low carbohydrate diet, with up to

    1500 calories. If you gain more than 2 pounds than

    you will not eat for a day and you will drink plenty

    of liquids and that evening you will eat a steak and

    a tomato. This should take off 2 to 3 pounds as the

    protein will help to flush excess fluid buildup.

    This list is roughly arranged from lowest to highest

    carbohydrate counts, but all are non-starchy and

    generally low in carbohydrates. Exact carb count

    depends on serving size. Remember when counting

    carbs in vegetables that the fiber is not counted, and

    can be subtracted from the total.

    The main veggies to be avoided when reducing

    carbohydrates are the starchier vegetables:

    Beets Carrots on some diets, but they aren't as high

    as others in this group

    butternut)

    Eat Low Sugar Fruit

    Fruit, you'll find, is not particularly welcome on

    some low carb diets, as some depend more uponglycemic index or glycemic load (South Beach,

    Zone), while others just look at total carbs (Atkins,

    Protein Power). Also, some diets (Atkins, South

    Beach) don't allow fruit at all in the first phase. Ingeneral, your best bet fruits are these, but do check

    carb counts, and watch your weight. Not everyone

    can have fruit in maintenance. These are sort of

    arranged by sugar content, taking volume and

    weight, into account. This is not an exhaustive list.

    Good news: the fruits that are lowest in sugar are

    some of the highest in nutritional value, including

    antioxidants and other phytonutrients.

    What to Avoid:

    Avoiding sugar means this: avoid cookies, cake,

    pie, candy, cupcakes, frosting, soft drinks, corn

    syrup, kool-aid, processed food, energy drinks, fruit

    juice, honey, yogurt, donuts, cookies, pudding,

    maple syrup, brownies, canned fruit in heavy syrup,

    ice cream, cool whip, boxed breakfast cereals,breakfast bars, granola - nothing with sugar. READ

    LABELS!!!! Nearly all processed foods in todays'

    stores contain high fructose corn syrup or some

    other kind of sugar.

    Be sure to read food labels, check to see if sugar isadded into a product before you buy it. Nearly every

    product in a can or box contains sugar in one of its

    many names. The first five ingredients listed on an

    item is the majority of the product, so be sure that

    sugar is not in the top five.

    Avoiding starch means avoid cornstarch, white

    flour, wheat flour, any flour, pasta, any bread or

    bread product, breadsticks, bagels, hamburger and

    hotdog buns, crackers, tortillas, oatmeal, rice,

    polenta, peas, corn, lentils, pita bread, pretzels, corn

    chips, potato chips, yams, potatoes, pancakes,muffins, nearly all root vegetables, any breading on

    fish, chicken, or other protein., beans, grains, acorn

    squash, butternut squash, cereals, granola, cereal

    bars, popcorn, biscuits, corn bread, taco shells,croutons, rice cakes, Cream of Wheat and corn

    meal. .Most restaurants and fast food places add

    sugar to nearly every product, so be wary of eating

    out all the time. Other meats to watch out include

    deli meats, bacon, ham, prosciutto, sausage, and

    hotdogs.

    Do not eat processed cheese (i.e. Velveeta), it

    contains unnecessary sugars and starches. Try not to

    eat processed anything for that matter.

    Purpose:

    *To reset your set point weight, so you will not put

    weight right back on.

    Support Products:

    Continue on all supporting products and add inliver, colon or gallbladder cleanse.

    Timeline: 3 Weeks

    Step 6:

    To maintain weight loss or to continue weight loss

    at a slower rate substitute Nutri Burn, Love and
