“Treasure the miracles within each day.”Welcome to the 72nd Annual Recognition Awards

Whether you are a volunteer, client, family member, friend, or a Curative Connections’ staff or board member, I want to thank you for “joining” this year’s annual recognition event, even if it is a virtual way to be together.

While COVID-19 may have changed the format for this year’s annual celebration of people’s accomplishments and contributions, it does not take anything away from our honorees.

This year’s theme—“treasure the miracles within each day”—reflects the amazing things that happen during the course of people’s days when they are with us.

And these special moments are made possible by clients’ hard work and determination, the encouragement and support of committed staff, the selfless contributions of volunteers’ time, and the strong partnerships we have with community organizations and businesses.

All of this takes place within the context of a service system supported and sustained by our elected officials, to whom we are also grateful.

Finally, this virtual viewing captures some of the special moments that happen each day at Curative. They are each treasures. Our ability to share them with you would not have been possible without the generosity and expertise of NorthCoast Productions/Studio 44.

While I sincerely hope you enjoy this virtual event, we all look forward to returning to our face-to-face celebrations in 2021 and beyond. Thank you for being with us in spirit this year.
