Private sector should limit the employment of foreign workers and

prioritize the locals.

Private sector should be given extra benefits (allowances per

month) from the government, to attract people to work for them

instead. In example, BARISTA.

“Career Day” should be held at least three times a year, involving

both sectors, to give chances for unemployed job seekers.
