To whom it may concern,

Jessica Warner is an extremely motivated and positive person. As her preceptor, I witnessed her ability to multitask between washing and setting up instrument trays, turning over operation rooms, and preparing for the next case. Jessica maintained a great rapport with the office team and took initiative in the surgical technologist’s everyday tasks. The procedures and work load never intimidated her, she was always ready to learn and do more.

Jessica Warner was a pleasure to work with and I believe she’ll make a great lead surgical technologist.
