I have known Giang since she started her career as a market researcher in my team in 2011. Since her first

day at Nielsen, Giang has impressed me with her ability to absorb the new knowledge very quickly and

remember every detail of the training. Moreover, she was a hard learner and a hard worker. She always

proactively raised questions, asked for feedback to improve further and learned from her seniors as well

as her subordinates. All those characteristics had helped her strengthen not only the knowledge of market

research methodology but also the numerical and analysis skills.

Presentation is definitely Giang’s strength. She was one of the two finalists of RMS team to participate in

the “So You Think You Can Present” competition at Nielsen Vietnam in 2013. Her performance was highly

appreciated by the judges and the General Manager of Nielsen Vietnam considered her presentation as

one of the best analysis in the competition so far. Apart from the competition, in her job, Giang was also

able to deliver many clear, concise and insightful presentations to our clients, which were highly

appreciated by their management teams.

Giang is also a very passionate person with great determination for what she wants to achieve. Her passion

had helped her inspire many young graduates working at the company as interns or trainees when she

worked as a trainer for new comers in Nielsen mentoring programme.
