Alternaty provides support for several clients to rent and manage their second home villas in the South and Central regions of Vietnam and is in need of a Guest Service Manager to oversee and manage the reservation process, check in/out, front office and coordination of extra services (car bookings, spa reservations etc) . The Guest Service Manager shall generally be responsible for the coordination of all the needs of the guests, from the reservation until check out.

Requirements:

Hotel Front Office experience Hotel Reservations experience Travel agency experience is an advantage

Minimum of 3 years working experience in hotels Excellent command of Vietnamese and English (oral and written) Willingness to travel to Mui, Nha Trang and Da Lat for short trips (several days) as well as some trips away for several weeks Professional, positive and pro-active Commitment, accuracy and attention to details Good working attitude, ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent time-management skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with tight deadlines

Essential Job Functions:

In-charge of reservations and providing support to the GM and operations team. Meet the Guests’ needs and requirement and line up necessary arrangements such as airport transfer, car rental, sightseeing, special events and requests. Organize housekeeping and maintenance for the villa after Guest check out Follow up with suppliers, Guest deposits, bank transfers, group naming lists Carefully check that all rates are posted correctly in every sales channel Actively up-sell and promote upgrades for Guests

In charge of website updates and promotions, translations from English to Vietnamese and act as a bridge between Marketing Manager & Reservation Supervisor Preparing Duty Roster for all Front Office Staff as assigned by the GM Train new staff on all Standard Operations Procedures Control drivers and ensure they follow all procedures and protocol
