Location, Location, Location
• You will be asked to choose three location preferences
– Think carefully about the choices you make – there are more
opportunities available in certain locations around the UK
• It is important to be both realistic and flexible in the choices you
make
– Please put your location choices in order of preference – you will
always be considered against your choices in that order
– The third location choice will be in one of our priority locations
where there are more opportunities available. If you are flexible
please select an ‘Anywhere in…’ option
• Please note that if you are on a Tier 2 visa you will only be able to
apply for a pre-registration training place in Scotland

registration training place with Boots in Scotland
• Please be aware that in England and Wales a similar matching process
is being explored by Health Education England (HEE) and Modernising
Pharmacy Careers in Wales teams. For further details as these become
available please ask at your
university or visit the BPSA website9

you will not be considered for a pre-registration training position in
2017
• If your application is successful you will be invited to an interview in
February 2016. We have a selection of interview dates available
between February and April 2016 so you are able to choose which
