Applications are invited for ICMR funded project entitled Nodal coordinating centre for

surveillance of antimicrobial resistance in Staphylococcusspecies

Senior Research Officer - No. of post - 1 (Temporary)

Duration: Time bound for a period of 1 year (likely to continue beyond 1 year)

Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualifications: MBBS with One year Research Experience or MD

Microbiology/ Ph.D in Microbiology

Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with research experience

and expertise in molecular biology techniques.

Age limit:Not exceeding 35 years.

Salary: Consolidated salary of Rs.53,280 /- per month as per ICMR rules.

Project Entitled: Nodal coordinating centre for surveillance of antimicrobial

resistance in Staphylococcusspecies.

Senior Research Fellow - No. of post - 1 (Temporary)



Educational Qualifications: M.Tech (Biotechnology), M.Sc (life sciences) candidates with

one/two years research experience is essential.

Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates with

CSIR/ICMR/DBT/UGC- NET/JRF qualification.

Age limit:Not exceeding30 years.

Salary: Consolidated salary of Rs.24,000/- per month as per ICMR rules.

Laboratory TechnicianNo. of post1 (Temporary)



Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Life

Science/Medical Laboratory Technology from recognized university, with 60% aggregate

marks.

Desirable Qualification: M.Sc., in Life sciences with knowledge in molecular techniques

and basic computer applications. Candidates with experience in molecular techniques will be

preferred.

Salary: Rs. 13,760/- per month as per ICMR rules.

Age limit:Not exceeding 30 years.



Data Entry Operator - No. of post - 1



Educational Qualifications: Any Graduation or One year diploma in data entry

Desirable Qualification: Any degree with knowledge in computer supported with relevant

certificate, with minimum 2 years experience in office work. People with fluency in English

will be preferred.

Salary: Rs.13072 /- per month as per ICMR rules.

Age limit: 28 years

Laboratory Attendant : No. of Post1 (Temporary)


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Matriculation or S.S.C Passed with 2 years of laboratory

experience in recognized Laboratory / Hospital

Desirable Qualification: H.S.C passed with Science background and laboratory experience

of 2 years in recognized Laboratory / Hospital

Salary: 12,040/-as per ICMR rules.

Age limit: Not exceeding 25 years



Junior Nurse: No. of Post1 (Temporary)


Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing

Desirable Qualification: B.Sc. Nursing with 2 years of experience in a recognized hospital

Age limit: Not exceeding 28 years

Salary: 13,760/- as per ICMR rules
