Recruitment Process Outsourcing
Payroll Clerk - Responsible for accurately issuing pay to employees
by calculating earnings and deductions in accordance with
established practices and guidelines. Helps ensure that the proper
amount of tax is withheld from checks and answers payment
questions from employees. Also stays informed about changes in
tax laws, benefits plans and other topics directly affecting a payroll.
HR Assistant - Performs administrative duties including
documenting grievances, terminations, absences, performance
reports, and compensation and benefits information. Beyond
administrative duties, an HR assistant is involved in recruiting,
hiring, and training new employees. Reports directly to an HR
generalist or HR Manager.
Compensation and Benefits Specialist - Oversees employee
compensation, compensation databases, job descriptions,
benchmark compensation, annual performance reviews, and
employee benefits. Takes full responsibility for the compensation
budget and manages costs to avoid exceeding budget. Also
assesses personnel needs and drafts targeted programs that will
increase performance, organizational trust and satisfaction.
Training and Development Specialist - Plans, conducts, and
administers programs that train employees and improve their
skills and knowledge. Programs usually range from a simple new
employee orientation that reviews the overall company to a
major business process change, information technology usage or
health and safety precautions. Can work at large corporations,
financial institutions and governmental agencies.
Recruitment Specialist/Coordinator - Networks, cold calls and
uses referrals to acquire viable job applicants. Responsible for
screening, interviewing and placing workers, as well as keeping up
to date on local hiring laws and regulations. Also provides advice to
both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements
and career opportunities.
Technical Recruiter - Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and
screening applicants for various technical positions, including
software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers,
and database administrators. Develops long-tail relationships that
may lead to hiring or further networking down the road. Also
participates in implementing new recruiting technology, such as
applicant tracking systems and screening tools.
HR Generalist - Provides a broad range of responsibilities including
maintaining employee records, preparing reports, benefits
administration, recruitment, onboarding, performance
management, and more. Also improves manager and employee
performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating
potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and
counseling managers and employees.
Executive Recruiter - PA recruiting professional who focuses on
filling executive positions within companies and ensuring lasting
and successful placements. Attracts potential employees through a
range of means such as media advertising and networking. May
work within the organization as a part of their human resource
department or can work as a third party recruiter.
