Jane Arthur Roslovic started her career in the late ‘80’s developing urban infill residential projects in Columbus. Jane has been a managing member of
Treplus Communities since 2012. Jane and her siblings/partners Ann Arthur Cook and Geoffrey Arthur have developed a brand of Active Adult Communities to cater to the downsizing baby boomer. Jane also serves on the Board of Trustees for the Central Ohio BIA, is a member of ULI, and is a NAHB Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).

Dave Ward is the CFO at Treplus Communi-ties and has more than two decades of finance, accounting, real estate, and construction expe-rience. Dave serves on
the executive team to lead operational and finance initiatives to drive growth for Treplus Communities. Prior to joining Treplus, Dave was the SVP of Finance & Asset Management at The Daimler Group and has knowledge in all phases of real estate development and financial management.

• Treplus Communities has developed and owns three communitieswith a total investment of more than $72M in Central Ohio. Expansionin the Cincinnati/Dayton market is planned for Q3 of 2020, as well astwo additional locations in the Central Ohio market inearly 2021.
