Since its start, PPHI Sindh has grown enormously and has broadened its scope from 6/6 essential primary health care services to 24/7 basic obstetric care services. More than 300 BHU Plus have been upgraded to 24/7 maternity centres. PPHI Sindh achieved this without any extra resources but with constant support from the Government of Sindh. The outcome of PPHI Sindh’s efforts can be seen in the progress the health indicators are making in the province.
