Chablé Resort & Spa is a luxury restoration experience immersed in the Mayan jungle. Discover a splendid sanctuary, an award-winning spa in a unique resort that celebrates the meeting of ancestral traditions, nature and comfort in an isolated environment, which causes relaxation, health and well-being.

Chablé Resort & Spa is built within a 750 acres property in the municipality of Chocholá, Yucatán, in the heart of the Maya world. Just 25 minutes from Merida International Airport, it is 35 minutes away from this beautiful and emblematic city. From Chablé it’s easy to visit the Mayan archaeological sites, cenotes, picturesque towns, beaches, biospheres and nature reserves, as well as the best museums, art galleries and handicraft shops of Yucatan.


Chablé Resort & Spa has 36 casitas and 4 family villas of exquisite contemporary design, with extensive living areas, terrace and private pool. Each one is completely surrounded by vegetation and is an intimate, spacious, loving and meticulously prepared universe for those who inhabit it.

Chablé Spa invites guests to find harmony among body, spirit and emotions. We redefine wellness by proposing journeys of self-encounter and beauty through body, facial and energetic treatments that combine wisdom, herbal tradition and ancestral techniques. A Medicine Woman resides in Chablé, a Mayan Grandmother heir of ancestral wisdom, dedicated to maintaining the sacred space, the energetic balance and to accompany our guests in their journeys of self-discovery and healing.

The energy axis of Chablé Spa is the cenote, which makes this Spa unique in the world. This source of sacred water is the focal point of each of the cabins, which seem suspended in the jungle and the yoga terrace is on its banks.


The essence of Chablé lies in honoring local culture and beauty. It achieves this by integrating ancestral farming methods, the Ka’anche’s, by sourcing locally many of the ingredients of our kitchens and inviting guests to participate in various authentic experiences that allow them to experience first hand not only a manifestation of luxury, culture and good taste, if not the elegance of the Mayan aristocracy, as they would live in our days.


Every detail in the creation of Chablé has been meticulously elaborated, honoring and respecting the identity of the place. During its construction local artisans and artists were hired, thus supporting different communities.

Chablé’s gastronomic offer was designed by the renowned Chef Jorge Vallejo, recently awarded as the best Chef in Mexico, whose restaurant Quintonil occupies the 11th place in the list “The 50 Best Restaurants in the World” by S. Pellegrino. Under his leadership, Luis Ronzón, our Executive Chef, offers a unique dining experience in our three restaurants:


Ixi’im: “Corn” in Maya. A refined atmosphere, with a sophisticated menu that is an innovative mix of Mexican and local influences. The restaurant also has one of the largest collections of tequila bottles in the world. Our mixologist offers innovative cocktails and a customized wine list.


Ki’ol: “Healthy”. Breakfast, lunch and dinner al fresco. Ki’ol surprises diners with a wide variety of dishes ranging from local and traditional to international and exuberant.


Wellness Restaurant: In keeping with the holistic approach of our wellness and spa program, this restaurant at the Spa focuses on nutrition and healthy foods. Fruits and fresh uncooked vegetables, rich in living enzymes, are fundamental in our extensive menu of cold juices and plant extracts. In addition to a wide range of teas, bowls with super foods, and vegan and gluten-free options.


M U LT I - P U R P O S E R O O M

In a magical place, surrounded by greenery, a water garden with sculptures, an inspiring landscape and unparalleled service, this space is designed for various events, from a work session, a yoga or meditation class, or a celebration. It has a lobby, parking, motor lobby and access to Ixi’im. Its capacity is from 20 to 100 people. Group experiences become extraordinary events thanks to the energy and attention to detail that characterize Chablé.

Our exquisite resort redefines golf facilities by creating a sustainable area based on five dimensions of well-being: spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional and environmental.

We invite players to practice barefoot, so that the senses are fully stimulated. The intention is that the player connects and immerses in nature.

As a good work of art, our unique design invites you to explore and discover new angles and game approaches every time you use the course. There are no established rules on where to start, you can place your ball where you want and face a challenge against yourself or your teammates.

Chablé Golf consists of 9 tee boxes, 4 unique strategically placed greens with two or three pin locations each, and some key hazards to make it beautiful and challenging: waste bunker, green

side bunkers, sand bunkers and a characteristic lake. The field offers several shooting angles, different shooting values and approaches for the more advanced players who use short and long irons up to 200 yards away. All greens were designed to meet the USGA specifications with certified TiffGrand Bermuda grass from wall to wall for great cut contrast, playability and color.

At Chablé Wellness Golf, we consider that golf is a tool for life. In it, new challenges are created and you are encouraged to be open to new ideas and ways of enjoying golf that, by the way, will be as fun as they are challenging.
