A | Eligibility Criteria

• A. Experience of having successfully completed any one of the following similar works in India.• One Street Redevelopment project or similar works of Rs. 75.00 Crores Or • Two Street Redevelopment project or similar works of Rs. 50.00 Crores each Or • Three Street Redevelopment project or similar works of Rs. 38.00 Crores each.

B. The bidder should have in the last 5 years completed the minimum as following: -• Bituminous road works (complete in all respect) for 20,000 sq. m. of area; • Cement Concrete works of M20 Grade and above of at least 10,000 Cum; • Any flooring / paving of cement concrete/ stone slabs/ tiles / inter paver blocks etc. for at least

20,000 sq.m. of area; • Electrical works including, -• a. Street lighting for 200 street poles; or • b. Landscape lighting for 10,000 sq. m.; or • c. External electrification works with area illumination for 10,000 sq. m.

Should have an annual average turnover of Rs. 135 Crores during the last three financial years, certified by chartered accountant.

• Bank solvency certificate for at least 30% of bid value

• JV/consortium of maximum 3 members is permitted

3 Project implementation staging and management

A detailed project schedule and/or staging using relevant software. The bidder shall present the overall plan to undertake the construction & execution of the entire project in a seamless manner with least obstruction to vehicular & pedestrian movements.
