Disbursements are not included in the flat fee, as it varies from state to state ranging from $100 to $500 depending on the searches conducted. Conveyancing Bureau will provide advice as to the appropriate searches and outline all costs to you.

If you’re selling we’ll stick around to ensure the title is registered correctly, and if you’re buying we’ll help you calculate and pay your stamp duty and any other costs. If you’re a foreign buyer we’ll assist in your dealings with the Foreign Investment Review Board to ensure you have all the necessary permits.
