Samuel Lim is the founder and CEO of eFusion and Reebonz group of companies. Samuel started his business trials as early as when he was 20 during his days while he was serving his

national service. He worked through school while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy at Nanyang Business School. In 2000 during his first year of university, he founded one of South East Asia’s largest mobile content business, Fusion Mobile, under eFusion Pte Ltd that was subsequently acquired by a Malaysian listed company in 2007.

In 2004, he founded another line of business under eFusion Solutions Pte Ltd called Fusion Direct, in direct selling and database marketing of unsecured banking and financial products and services for many of the largest global foreign banks. This business employs over 180 people over 3 countries and is the largest in the industry in Singapore. In 2010, eFusion Solutions (Fusion Direct), was subsequently acquired by a Singapore listed company.

In March 2009, Samuel founded Reebonz together with a founding group of 6

other individuals. Reebonz embodies Samuel’s aspiration to provide regional shoppers in Asia with the definitive online branded

goods retail experience. Riding on the trend of private sales shopping clubs, REEBONZ has grown very quickly

employing over 200 people with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand,

Australia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Brunei and

Samuel strongly believes in living life to the fullest and pursuing one’s own goals and aspirations and giving back to society by helping many budding entrepreneurs. Samuel has been President of the Audiotext Service Providers Association as well as Entrepreneurs Organization Singapore. He has been featured in many local and international publications for his entrepreneurial achievements before turning 30.

BENJAMIN HAN & DANIEL LIMCO-FOUNDERS, REEBONZ PTE LTD

Benjamin Han and Daniel Lim began their foray into business dealing with American novelty products in 2005. They had their first taste of e-commerce when Zuunbo.com was launched in 2007, while they were still studying for their Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate at the National University of Singapore and Business Management at the Singapore Management University respectively. Zuunbo.com was a website that featured a new item for sale each day at a huge discount.

Zunnbo.com gained success and was awarded seed funding by the Singapore Management University (SMU) Business Innovation Generator, which manages the Entrepreneurial Talent Development Fund together with Spring Singapore for investing in promising business proposals. Drawing from their early business experiences, Benjamin and Daniel conducted market research into consumers’ buying patterns online, which eventually sparked off the idea of Reebonz. They wasted no time in proposing the idea of introducing the flash sale concept to the Asian market with Samuel. In March 2009, together with other founding members, Reebonz was launched and has steadily expanded into 8 countries within Asia Pacific.

With a blooming career and a successful business in his twenties, Benjamin believes in continuous learning, adapting and improving from every challenge he meets. While Daniel aptly believes that his lord Jesus Christ has been his wisdom and guidance throughout this amazing journey.
