The above exceptions present the potential for this Brownfield site to realise alternative forms and uses than its existing use. Potentially, the site could link into existing leisure and recreation uses in the area, such as Mojo Active, The Wave (when constructed) or Bristol Golf Course. This would enable Tall Trees to complement the existing uses of the area, whilst still being compatible with its Green Belt location. Other alternative uses could include limited residential development, or limited commercial development. Furthermore, as a substantially developed site, consideration should also be given to removing the site from the Green Belt.
