Interested in attracting new members? Become a participating fitness location with Optum® Fitness Advantage from UnitedHealthcare. The Optum Fitness Advantage program is offered to eligible UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plan policy holders throughout your community.

How it works for you:

• Your fitness location will be listed on the Optum Fitness Advantage website and promoted to eligible members throughout your community who are insured plan holders of an eligible Medicare Advantage Plan, insured by UnitedHealthcare Insurance Company.

• When an insured member presents a confirmation ID, enroll him or her as a member of your facility.

• Your facility receives subsidy payments based on member activity.

How it works for insured members:

• Members present their Optum Fitness Advantage confirmation ID to their local participating fitness location to enroll in the program.

• Members receive access to your facility at no additional cost to them, including programs, services and classes included in a standard membership. Any joiner’s fees will be waived by your facility.
