Reflection is … to connect your learning with experience in the field to monitor and encourage your learning experience

What? : What happened? Descriptive. So What? : What does it mean to you? Interpretive. Now What? : What do you want to learn or experience

further? Contextual. Action/learning plan.

We will also reflect our learning in U.S. based on this model.
