Our Courtyard Refreshing Business uniform collection has been in place since 2009 and continues to evolve. We launched this program to ensure our associates looked modern and stylish in their appearance, much like our Courtyard Refreshing Business lobbies. To create an environment that promotes connections with our guests, we believe that by offering associates fashionable choices in their uniform program, we will instill more pride and a better overall impression to our guests.

Well-groomed and appropriately uniformed associates create a sense that we provide a professional spirit-to-serve atmosphere throughout the property. A consistent uniform sets the tone for our guests, alerting them to an associate’s specific job responsibility and assures them they have the expertise to assist them effectively.

A uniform identifies associates as part of the hotel team and enhances the image that Courtyard wants to convey to its guests. Each associate’s role in the brand is absolutely essential! When an associate wears their uniform with pride, it demonstrates a sense of confidence that our guests appreciate.

As more of you have adopted this uniform, you have also shared feedback with us around which areas are working well and our opportunity areas. We’ve listened to you and incorporated pieces that will suit all body types. Remember to choose colors that are consistent with your lobby’s décor.

PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENTHow to Launder Your Regeneration & Momentum Tailored Suiting

Laundering Instructions:

Launder after every five wears

• Suits should not be laundered unless soiled or stained until the fifth wearing.

Machine wash cold with other garments of like color

• Cold water on the gentle cycle, wash only ‘like’ items together; so suiting and

casual clothes such as jeans and sweatshirts should not be washed together.

Tumble dry on low setting and remove promptly

• Tumble dry on a low setting or the delicate cycle and remove the garments when

slightly damp, do not use fabric softeners. Do not leave garments in dryer for the

entire cycle. Once removed from dryer, hang; otherwise wrinkles will set in and

have to be removed via a cool iron or garment steamer.

Do not overload your washer

• Too many garments do not allow the water and detergent to properly clean and

rinse from the garments. In addition, too many garments can cause abrasion and

potential damage to clothes. Also, remove any objects from all pockets as tears

or stains may occur.

TAILORED SUITING PROGRAM

FOR A YEAR

Recommendations for both the Occasional and the Everyday wearer PAR is the term

used to designate how many sets of uniforms have been issued to an employee.

Below are recommended PAR levels for both the occasional and everyday wearer:

The Occasional Wearer

• Occasional wearers or part-time employees that only wear their suiting one to

three times a week.

Recommend 2 PAR for all part-time employees in each silhouette - blazer, pant,

slack, skirt & vest.

The Everyday Wearer

• Everyday wearers or full-time employees that wear their suiting each day of the week.

Recommend 3 PAR for all full-time employees in each silhouette – blazer, pant, slack,

skirt & vest.

Remember…..

Infinite factors can affect the life of your Tailored Suiting.

• A garment should fit properly; if not, it will show wear prematurely:

Pants should have room throughout the leg and thigh, and not be tight to the skin.

Blazers should fit across the arm, chest and back and allow for movement. ** Most people are not perfectly proportioned. Please choose your size based off your largest body

part and tailor the rest of the garment.

• Properly rotate garments

Wearing one garment set one day and another set the next, in order to allow the 1st set

to relax and revitalize it to regain its natural shape.

• Are you leaning against the counter and/or rubbing your elbows against the counter?

Front desk agents are often leaning against the counter or other objects to assist

guests hundreds of times a day. Know that you may see wear there first.

• Read all care labels

For further details on any other garment in your Uniform Program, follow the

instructions for care on the care label inside each garment.

Delivery Information All catalog merchandise ships within 48 hours of

ordering. Signature Express merchandise (example:

embroidery, hemming, etc.) may take 1–4 weeks. Premier

garments (example: made-to-order garments) may

require up to 6-8 weeks for shipment.

Cintas Return PolicyCatalog garments are returnable within 60 days of receipt with no restocking fee.

The following garments are non-returnable:• Worn, laundered or dry cleaned• Custom modified per your instructions, unless defective• Custom manufactured to your specifications, unless

defective• Items directly shipping from vendor.

Keep your packing slip; it contains a convenient prepaid UPS shipping label. A $8.00 return shipping fee will be charged unless the return was caused by a Cintas error.

1. To return any portion of your order, simply fill out the “Return Form” on your packing slip, indicating the reason for the return and any reorder quantities that you need.

2. Tear off the “Return Form” and include it with the item to be returned

3. Affix the enclosed prepaid UPS label on your return package.

4. Give the package to your UPS driver, or drop it off at any authorized UPS shipper.

WOMEN’S SIZINGBlazers, Dresses, Tunics, Blouses: Order size according to the largest of your bust, waist or hip measurements. Skirts, Slacks: Order size according to larger of hip or waist measurement.

FEMALE MEASURING STEPSBust: Relax arms and measure around the fullest part of the bust, keeping tape measure parallel to floor.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of the natural waistline (not over clothing), keeping tape measure snug, but not tight.

Hips: Stand straight with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips (about 8" below natural waistline), keeping tape measure parallel to floor.

Sleeve Length: Bend arm slightly and measure from the outermost point of the shoulder to the wrist, keeping tape measure centered at the elbow.

Inseam: Using similar slacks that fit well, measure the length from the joint of slack legs to the bottom hem of the leg, rounding to the nearest half-inch. If slacks are cotton or cotton blend, add half-inch to allow for shrinkage.

Maternity: Order your pre-pregnancy size when ordering Cintas maternity wear. If you expect to gain more than 25–30 pounds or are carrying multiple births, please order one size larger.

MALE MEASURING STEPSNeck: Measure around the base of the neck where the collar will sit, keeping tape measure snug.

Chest: Measure the fullest part of the chest, keeping tape measure parallel to floor.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest point of the natural waistline (not over clothing), keeping tape measure snug, but not tight.

Hips: Stand straight with feet together and measure around the fullest part of the hips (about 9" below natural waistline), keeping tape measure parallel to floor.

BELT SIZINGTo ensure a proper fit, add two inches to your waist measurement when selecting a size. Your belt should fit comfortably when worn using the center hole. Or, using an existing belt that fits well, measure from the center hole to where the buckle connects to the strap. (Do not measure from end to end.)
