Terms of Service AgreementPRICESThe rates quoted are subject to aircraft and crew availability and are valid for 24 hours after date of issue; after which they are subject to change without notice. Taxes and ground transportation will be billed as incurred. Any costs due to changes to trip itinerary as a result of passenger requests which increase flight time, will be billed upon flight completion and due immediately.

TERMSBalance to be paid in full via check or wire prior to trip confirmation. In lieu of payment prior to trip confirmation, a credit card authorization for 105% of quoted trip cost will be taken; wired funds then need to be received no later than 12:00 PM on the first business day after trip confirmation, or card will be charged. Invoices not paid within terms are subject to fate payment of 5% per month. All flights are subject to operational approval. Regal Wings will confirm availability upon receipt of signed quote.

CANCELLATIONIn the event this trip is canceled after receiving a signed quote, Client is responsible for and agrees to reimburse Regal Wings for all costs incurred in preparation for this trip. Such costs may include but are not limited to foreign permits, handling fees, crew augmentation, hotel reservations, airline tickets, catering, scheduled departure, and slots, or any fees passed on to Regal Wings by the chosen charter operator. 100% of quoted price will be charged if canceled within 72 hours of quoted departure or for no show 60 minutes after quoted departure time.

MECHANICALRegal Wings shall not be liable for expenses incurred for replacement transportation in the case of mechanical irregularity. Regal Wings may, at its option, provide substitute transportation that will be charged as an additional fee to charterer.
