With reference to 0115 email dated 21st February 2019 (copy enclosed~ in continuation to OTIS original proposal (OnS Reference Number - N18TN2549), dated 26 December 2018 and the previous discussions with OTIS Elevator Company India Limited had with the Management Committee of DPS CGHS Ltd. As up-gradation of the list Is approved In the Special General Body Meeting (SGBM) held on DPS Society on 27th January 2019 on members demand, a decision was taken to negotiate the prices and terms and conditions with ons for the placement of the order In consultation & approval with nominated members of the Society authorised for negotiation on prices and other terms a. conditions.

DPS CGHS Me, pleased to place Purchase Order (PO) on ons Elevator Company India Umited, for the up-gradation of all our OTIS Elevators installed at DPS CGHS Ltd located at Plot 16, Sector 4, Dwarka, New Delhi - 110078. However, as per the meeting Mr. Amit Sharma - Executive Service &. Sales had with the Management Committee of DPS CGHS Ltd. on 03-Feb-2019 and the subsequently written clarification you sent through your official email (amit.sharma@otis.com) dated ll-Feb-2019 to neerajvaish@yahoo.co.in and admin@dpscghsdel.com, the payment terms stand changed and the new payment terms are as follows :-

L Final Negotiated Price for the up-gradation of all 4 Blocks Ufts as per mentioned below Machine Nos: Rs.8, 10,000. ( Rupees Eight Lakh Then Thousand Only).

2. This price is inclusive of all Taxes, including GST and other state Taxes. 3. No Price Escalation In allowed after the placement of the order. 4. A Crossed cheque of 750/0 of the amount which Is Rs. 6,07,500 ( Rupees Six Lakhs, (j)

Seven Thousand Five hundred only) will be paid In advance In the name of ons Elevator Company India Umited enclosed with this Purchase Order.

5. The final amount of Rs. 2,02, 500 ( Rupees Two Lakhs Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) will be released soon after tHe complete Installation, commissioning a. a successful test run.. The Elevators will be put under observations for at least 15 days after successful test run.

6. ons services personnel need to get the satisfactory commissioning report signed by the members as authorised and mentioned below - block wise and submit to DPS CGHC MC for the release of the final payment. .I.ftIIt-I"lOstaliation a. commissioning time given by ons is 8 weeks, but MC would

8. The down-time per lift should not increase by more than one Day for Installation a. Commissioning requirements.

9. A list of inventory for the up-gradation parts, when delivered to the Society to be checked and signed by one of the approved members as per this list before Installation.

10. This copy of the order should be acknowledged by OTIS and signed by both the parties.

11. OTIS to submit final invoice for Rs. 8,10,000 1= showing %age of GST etc.

The OTIS Elevator machine numbers under the OTIS Contract Number Mll631 are -1001631/1001632 / J001633 /1001634.

The Goods to be supplied and the services (unpacklng/ir)stallatlon/ erectlon/testing/ commissioning/software upgrade / labour work required for the removal and disposal of old elevator parts & disposal of packing material) by OTIS Elevator Company India Umited are as per the details mentioned In the proposal dated 25-Jan-2019. Please note that other conditions of the contract are as per the "Conditions of the Contract" listed in page 2/3 and 3/3 of the above-mentioned proposal dated 25-Jan-2019.

Apart from the MC, list of the Authorised members who are an appointed in the SGBM held in Society premises on 27th January 2019 for negotiation and finalization are as follows and submitting their approval for the release of the purchase order on OTIS for making required changes in the lifts of all 4 Blocks.
