Take the A272 to Haywards Heath. On
entering Haywards Heath, continue across
the two mini-roundabouts, continue forward,
turning left onto Dolphin Road (one-way
system). Join the middle lane and bear left.
Go through the traffic lights and into The
Broadway. Continue into Perrymount Road.
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit into
Sydney Road. The sales office for Regency

the left hand side.
