Services:

Rates submitted for services are not-to-exceed, nationwide rates which take into

consideration pricing variables such as prevailing/union wages, varying site

conditions, hours of installation, size of projects, and other factors. Because

these rates are not-to-exceed, we encourage National IPA Members to negotiate lower

rates for these services on a project-by-project basis with our authorized

National IPA dealers.

The rates for services shall not exceed the following maximum thresholds:

Installation: Not-to-exceed 25% of the net product total per order, a minimum

charge of $175.00 per order may apply

Design: Not-to-exceed $75 per hour

Project Management: Not-to-exceed $75 per hour

Reconfiguration: Not-to-exceed $100 per hour

Storage: Not-to-exceed $5/sq ft/month

Shipping:

Our products typically ship within 30 - 60 days after receipt of an order. All deliveries

within the contiguous United States shall be freight prepaid, F.O.B. destination and shall

be included in all pricing. For shipments outside the contiguous United States, shipping

terms shall be F.O.B destination, prepaid to the closest port of embarkation. Additional

charges for freight from the port of embarkation to the customer's location shall be

negotiated by our authorized National IPA dealer and the end customer.

In the case of an urgent situation, we make our best efforts to meet the requested dates of

our customers within our standard lead times for the products being rushed ordered. An

expedited order that is requesting a delivery date earlier than our standard lead times

will incur a 3.5% list up-charge, this up-charge is non-discountable. If the result of a Dealer

error or The HON Company's error such as a shortage, damage, etc. The HON Company will

make every effort to expedite the product at no cost to the customer.
