14. Who is your competition in the marketplace?
There are only a handful of true Job Order Contractors with the experience and expertise that comes close to matching Alpha's JOC capabilities. Although the increase in the number of Cooperative Purchasing Job Order Contracts has created many contractors that can claim to be JOC contractors, the truth is that
} few are taking the process seriously and assisting in growing the market. Others actually have a negative impact on the further acceptance of the JOC process as an effective and efficient delivery system. Our competition comes from any qualified, experienced Job Order Contractor whose goal is to provide the client with: quality construction, customer service, safe and clean jobsites, fair value, and a long-term partnership.
15. Overall annual sales for last three (3) years;
2013 2014 2015
16. Overall public sector sales, excluding Federal Government, for last three (3) years; 2012, 2013, 2014.2013 2014 2015
17. What is your strategy to increase market share?
Our marketing strategy will be an active push to put JOC services, available through TCPN, in the minds of both the purchasing and facilities management personnel of the member clients within our regions. This will include:
Direct mail notification of the award to Alpha of the TCPN JOC Contract to cooperative members
