1. The DepEd Regional Office XII through the Curriculum and Learning Management Division (CLMD) shall conduct the Regional Mass Training of Teachers
(MTOT) on K to 10 Critical Content in Filipino, English, Mathematics, Science and MAPEH on the dates and venues indicated below:

c) Present their authority to travel signed by the Schools Division Superintendent
or Assistant Schools Division Superintendent. Those who are not in the confirmed list of participants shall only be accommodated if endorsed by the
Schools Division Superintendent or Assistant Schools Division Superintendent d) Bring to the activity their own laptops and hard and electronic copies of the
Curriculum Guides e) Attend all sessions on time. Early leavers and participants who fail to submit
the training outputs shall only be given Certificate of Appearance
f) Come in proper attire and observe proper decorum throughout the duration of the training
4. To ensure the quality of the training delivery, there will be a Pre-work Conference and
Session Dry Run to be participated in by the Regional Trainers and the Regional Training Management Team on the dates and venues specified for each learning area. The purpose of
this workshop is to review and enhance the presentations and quality assure the delivery of
the different sessions. List of Regional Trainers and the Regional Training Management
Team are provided in Enclosure 2 and Enclosure 3, respectively, for reference and guidance.

5. Quality assurance, technical assistance, monitoring and evaluation (QATAME)
shall be conducted in the duration of the training care off the Regional Office Quality Assurance Division (QAD) and the SDO-M&E teams. Specific assignments of
QATAME associates will be disseminated through a separate advisory.
6. Travel and other incidental expenses of the participants shall be charged to local funds while the full board and lodging, training kits, materials and supplies,
administrative cost, travel expenses of trainers and management team, and other related expenses shall be charged to the Downloaded Fund OSEC – 12 – 18 – 2513
subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
7. The participants, trainers, and the training management team shall be entitled
to Compensatory Time-Off (CTO) in accordance with CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004, “Non-Monetary Remuneration for Overtime Services Rendered” and DO No. 53, s. 2003, “Updated Guidelines on Grant of Vacation Service Credits to
Teachers”.
