WHEREAS, Environmentalproblemsareharmingournaturalresources,byimplementing1

stricterregulationsondisposalandproductionmethodsoncompanies.2

WHEREAS, Greenhousegasesareaccumulatinginouratmospherewhichcanleavethe3

atmospheredamagedfor,inextremecasesthousandsofyears.Theimmediate4

solutiontothereductionofcarbonfootprintisanecessityinourmodern5

society.6

WHEREAS, Largeaccumulationofgreenhousegasesleadtoaconcentrationinthe7

atmospherethatleadstopollutioninourrainwater.Carbondioxideisthe8

biggestgreenhousegasthusmustbedealtwithhigherprioritytoreduce.9

WHEREAS, whereasthiscongresssessioniscalledupontoevaluatethisproblem.10

RESOLVED, ThattheUILCongresshereassembledmakethefollowingrecommendationto11

ABilltoBanAllCellularDeviceUseWhileDriving


SECTION1. Cellulardeviceusewhileoperatingamotorvehicleshallbeclassifiedasreckless2

drivingandcategorizedasacriminalmisdemeanor.3

SECTION2. ”Cellulardeviceuse”willbedefinedasanythingthatrequiresthedriverto4

manipulatecontrolsonthedeviceincluding,butnotlimitedto:texting,callingor5

accessinganapplication.6

SECTION3. TheDepartmentofJustice,inconjunctionwithlocallawenforcement,will7

overseetheimplementationandenforcementofthisbill.8

SECTION4. Thisbillwilltakeeffectsixmonthsfromthedateofpassage.9

WHEREAS, Foreigncountriesaremanipulatingcurrencies,whichdistortthevaluesof1

WHEREAS, CurrencymanipulationisdirectlyresponsiblefordecliningGDPrates,increasing3

tradedeficits,lossesinwagesandalmost900,000USjobsin2013;and4

WHEREAS, Over1,000,000USjobshavebeenlostsince2009duetocurrencymanipulation;5

WHEREAS, theeconomichealthofallstatesareintegraltoahealthyworldeconomyand7

allowingforeigncountriestomanipulatecurrencyisharmfultotheentireglobal8

market;now,therefore,beit9

RESOLVED, bytheCongresshereassembledthattheUnitedStatesGovernmentestablish10

stronginternationalprovisionsandpenaltiesinanefforttoendinternational11
