• Ideas include Data Visualization, Interactive Web Map development, Working with LiDAR– Other ideas from group?
• Need to gauge interest to move forward
Cooperative Purchase 2013
• 4 Counties participating– Coweta, Clayton, DeKalb and Spalding
• Flyover taking place now, need 2 more days of good weather
Data Collection
• Finishing up 2012 data collection • Needed -
– Parcels, Streets, Community Facilities, Sidewalks, Greenspace, Zoning and Future Land Use and Tax Digest
GIS Training at ARC
• ARC is currently teaching the ArcGIS v10.0 curriculum –• Desktop III – March 21-22• Desktop I – April 11-12• Desktop II – May 1-3• Desktop III – June 13-14
• Certified Training Program will be ending sometime in 2013• Class size limited to 12, Available to local government
staff only*• Registration is handled through ARC’s Community Planning
