Function of Regional Sales Manager in North East

N.E. although immensely important for expansion as well as beneficial, provides a broad spectrum of opportunities for business outsourcing procedures.

I strongly believe “ You have to EXPECT in order to REALIZE”, keeping in mind that expectation always exceeds realization in real life. I hope ___________________________ of ours makes the REALIZATION reach greater heights and move towards EXPECTATIONS.

SUGGESTION FROM THE DESK

Keeping in view of the topographical situation of North East and high cost of living due to political disturbance, I would hereby put forward few suggestions for smooth functioning and better productivity for the organization.

I). Promotional imputes should reach in time to CA point (within first week of every Month).

II). Issue of Identity Card along with Photograph.III). Provision for maintenance of mobile expense to Regional team.IV). Timely dispatch of salary & expense reimbursement to individual

area HQ.V). Approval for Doctors entertainment (Monthly) to Regional Manager

(subject to the approval of HO). VI). Training for regional team once in a every three months.VII). Regional team meeting for Sales review once in a month.VIII). Due to Customer group Pressure, Provision for Complementary Gift

for Core Customer Group.

The above mentioned proposals, if implemented would go a long way in giving profitable output and a Highest Productivity Region for the organization.

MY PLEDGE

I strongly believe that ETHICAL DEMAND (Growth in terms of prescriptions) is the only bottom line tool to bolster the Company’s image, market credibility as well as booster the confidence of the team members in this present scenario of Pharmaceutical Industry.
