Click on a listing to view the detailed information about a specific home. 4. In the top right corner, click on the button to see the next home. 5. At the prompt, register as a buyer. 6. Now you can view all the pages on your website and your behavior will be recorded in your contact management system! Explore your website1. Continue to behave as a buyer using the steps below. To take each step, go to a page showing a speci�c listing. You’ll �nd the corresponding buttons to the right of the listing photo. a. View more pages showing details about speci�c homes

b. Save a few homes c. Request a visit or request more information about a home

d. Forward a listing to a friend or family member

2. Pretend you’re a seller.

a. Click on the Sell tab and request a free CMA

3. Click on the “Market Insider” tab to view market trends for your area.

a. Scroll the Market Analysis tab to view local trends

b. Enter a new ZIP code and click on the Community Info tab to view local demographics c. Enter another ZIP code and click on Local Schools to see school reports d. Click on Compare Areas to see data for two di�erent ZIP codes

View reports of your behavior in your contact management system

1. Click on Contacts, then on Recently Active to view a report of all contacts who’ve been on your website in the last 48 hours.

2. Click on your name to see the contact record for you as a sample lead.

3. At the bottom of your contact record, click on Market Insider to see the areas you viewed.

4. Click on Emails to view the email you sent to yourself as the agent.

5. At the top of the page, click on the tab, Listings —Alerts, Saved, Viewed, to see a record of your buyer behavior.
