Apple Device

JeffConnect will email you a link

to register before your

appointment.

• Step 1: Open your email, and

find our JeffConnect message

from noreply@teladoc.com

• Step 2: Tap the blue link Click

Here to register for your visit.

You will be redirected into the

Apple app store.

• Step 3: Tap GET.

• Step 4: Once the app is finished

installing, tap OPEN.

• Step 5: Tap ALLOW for

notifications.

• Step 6: Create a USERNAME and

PASSWORD.

• Read and accept the Terms and

Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• Tap CONTINUE.

• Step 7: Select and Answer two

Security Questions.

• Tap CONTINUE.

If you arrive early, you will be directed

to the JeffConnect home screen.

• Step 8: Tap OK

• We recommend trying to join 5-10

minutes ahead of time.

• To join on your own closer to time, click

CONNECT on your upcoming visit.

If you arrive right on time, you will be

directed to join your visit immediately.

• Step 9: Tap YES

• Step 10: Tap OK on both pop-ups

to Access the microphone and

camera.

• Step 11: Wait for the provider to

join you.

• Step 11: The provider will join

you shortly.

• You should see yourself in the

bottom left corner.

To Get the JeffConnect app

and register without using the

E-mail link.

• Step 1: On your iPhone or iPad,

open the App Store.

• Step 2: Search for the

JeffConnect app.

• Step 3: Tap GET.

• Step 4: Once the app is finished

installing, tap OPEN.

• Step 5: Tap ALLOW for

notifications.

• Step 6: Tap CREATE YOUR

ACCOUNT.

• Step 7:

• Enter your Name,

• Date of Birth,

• Be sure to use the Email your

provider’s office used to schedule

the appointment.

• Tap CONTINUE.

• Step 8: Tap CONTINUE.

JeffConnect is matching up your

e-mail address.

• Step 9: Create a user name and

password.

• Read and accept the Terms and

Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• Click Continue.

• Step 10: Answer two Security

Questions.

• Step 11: Tap YES on the pop-up

to finish registration.

• Step 12: Tap MYSELF to add the

rest of your information.

• Step 13: Confirm your name and

DOB and choose a gender.

• Step 14: Tap the third circle,

then TAP continue.

• Only people with specific

employee medical plans

associated with JeffConnect, such

as Jefferson Health medical plans,

should select the first option.

• Step 15: Tap ALLOW for the app

to be able access info on your

device.

• Step 16: Complete all the

Patient Details information.

• Tap SAVE.

• Step 17: Complete the Medical

Info sections.

• You must fill out the Social

History questions.

• Step 18: You have now

completed registration.

• Tap the back arrow to return to

the JeffConnect home screen

where you can then join your

visits.
