recognized throughout the industry‣ Skills learned through systematic,

supervised & paid on-the-job learning (OJL)

‣ Minimum of 2,000 OJL hours in manual, mechanical, or technical skills

‣ Related Technical Instruction (RTI) to supplement OJL

‣ Typically NOT a 4-year degree

• Connecting 66.1% of the total trained participants to high-wage, high-demand healthcare occupations

• Decrease total individuals receiving public assistance by 331.• Increase self-sufficiency of low-income individuals including
