We are pleased to offer speakers from the cross-section of agencies that have authority over retail facilities operating in California, including the California Highway Patrol (CHP), Office of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Environmental Health (OEHHA), the CA Air Resources Board (CARB), the California Office of Safety and Health Assessment, and others. Topics include, updates on California’s On-Road Truck Rule and other CARB Programs, CHP Inspection programs, current DHS requirements, and upcoming changes to Prop 65 that will impact the retail sector and more.
WPHA encourages facility, environmental compliance and transportation managers and specialists to attend this important event on February 6, 2018 at the San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner’s offices. Meeting participants will receive the most up-to-date information on issues that are impacting facilities that manufacture or store fertilizer and crop protection products.
