2. Important Notes

Kindly note that registration forms received without payment or credit card authorisation will not be processed.Only individual registration will be accepted (one registration form per participant)If you have already registered online or faxed your registration form with all payment details, please do not mail a copy of thisform as it may result in a duplicate registration.All participants are required to pay the full Congress Registration Fee inclusive of all bank administrative charges and prevailing

3. Conditions for Payment

All fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are only subjected to the prevailing 7% Goods and Services Tax (GST) ofSingapore for individuals, corporations or businesses in Singapore and oversea individuals who are not represented by anyoverseas corporation or businesses. Overseas delegates who are sponsored by their company will not be subjected to GST forregistrations fee of the main congress.All fees for the Gala Dinner will be subject to 7% GST

OPTION A: PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

Should there be an error in the grand total amount; the Congress Secretariat reserves the right to charge the correct amountPayment by credit card is subject to 6% bank administrative charge6% bank administrative charge is subject to 7% GST

OPTION B: PAYMENT BY SINGAPORE CHEQUE

For payment by Singapore Cheque, it should be made payable to "Singapore International Arbitration Centre" in Singapore Dollars(SGD). Please indicate the registrant's name on the back of the local cheque and send together with the completed OfficialRegistration Form to the Congress Secretariat at the above-listed address. Local cheque will not be accepted after 30 May 2014.

4. Registration deadline

Deadline for Early Bird Registration : Monday, 28 April 2014Deadline for Standard Registration : Friday, 30 May 2014

5. Confirmation of Registration

Once payment has been cleared, you will receive the confirmation via email. Please include your email address clearly in theRegistration Form.To expedite the collection process, please bring along your Registration Confirmation Letter to the Registration Counters asproof of your payment and registration.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat by Monday, 28 April 2014.A charge of 50% of the registration fee, (plus 10% administration charge) will be charged for cancellations received in writing bythe Congress Secretariat before Monday, 28 April 2014. Refunds will be made within two months after the SIAC Congress2014. No refunds will be made for requests received after Monday, 28 April 2014.Should you not able to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. No refund will be made after Monday, 28April 2014.

7. Congress Gala Dinner

Gala Dinner is chargeable for non-delegates and guest of delegates
