Range of Application Following conditions apply for the NEAC Compressor Service GmbH & Co. KGworkshops. Any amendments or modifications are subject to a prior agreementin written form.

RegistrationTo ensure a highest efficiency for the participants of the workshop, the number of participants is limited. Registrations will be considered in chronological order. With this registrati-on, the participants commit to attending the workshop. The registration will be confirmed immedi-ately. Your registration can be made by facsimile or by e-mail with the overleaf form to the below mentioned address.

Terms of PaymentThe fees which apply for this workshop can be taken from the program. Fees have to be paid into one of the accounts stated immediately after receipt of the invoice indicating the invoice number. Costs involved for arrival and departure have to be borne by the participant.

Cancellation of ParticipationGenerally, it is possible to cancel the participation in the workshop or to appoint someone else as replacement. A cancellation, however, must be made in written form not later than 14 days before the scheduled date of the workshop. In case of a later deregistration or non-appearance, we reserve the right to collect the total amount of the workshop fees.

AccommodationWith the registration, a hotel reservation is automatically made for the night between the two workshop days and is included in the workshop price. Additional reservation can certainly by made at request at the expense of the workshop participant.

MiscellaneousUpon agreement with the participants it is of course possible to modify the contents of the workshop. Special trainings, tailor-made for the customer's requirement, can be made at job site or in our house at request. Please contact us in this regard. We may prepare an individual training program for you based on a selection check-list, which will be submitted at request.

Final ProvisionsWe shall bear the costs for one hotel accommodation in a single-bed room, the workshop documentation and for daily meals (drinks and lunch) during the workshop. Without written consent of NEAC Compressor Service GmbH & Co. KG it is not allowed to copy the workshop documentation.We reserve the right to modify the agenda of the workshop. Furthermore it is possible to cancel a workshop for reasons beyond our responsibility.The terms of "BGB" apply for the liability. Terms and conditions of NEAC Compressor Service GmbH & Co. KG are applicable.
