2017HO HO HO Santa Claus is coming to town!

Halloween is now over and I am sure many of your kids have eaten most of their candy by now! To get everyone in the holiday festive spirit, please see below a list of upcoming Santa Claus Parades for your area:

Recruiting New Foster Parents

We are excited about our upcoming Reachingout Family Homes Annual Holiday Party on December 10th at the NEB’s Funworld. An Invitation can be found in your November reimbursement envelope. Please confirm with your worker how many in your family will be attending by November 30th. Hope to see you there!!

Regular Training Schedule:

The Pickering foster parent training will be held on December 5th at the Pickering office. This month’s training will be on “Helping Clients who cut” by David Clark from Durham Mental Health.

The Lindsay foster parent training will be held on December 6th at 9:30 am. Location to be determined. Heather and Nicole will follow up with parents to let them know.

There will be no training for the months of January and February. Training will resume again on March 6 and 7, 2018.

Please remind all “One to One workers” to complete the forms in full including full names and dates. These forms are still not be completed and unfortunately you will not be paid until they are filled in accurately.
