Project Location and Description

The Project is located 20 km from Mithi Village Aasandas Rohario UC Posarko.

Scope of Work

Following rehabilitation work has been done:

Internal repairing of cemented rings with diameter of 7 ft, with thickness of 1 ft under the ground level of dug well.

Water holding tank alongside the well

Solid bricks with sufficient cement.

Soil (Retti & Bajri) for plaster.

External plaster of walls with thickness of minimum 1 inch all over well.

Plaque in appreciation of donors

High grade Iron grader & Steel for pillars.

Wooden pulley with NTN bearing.

Crash stone for floor base with proper rolling

Construction of 2 pillars

Project Benefits

By rehabilitation life of well is increased

The time and labour of the community to fetch water will be decreased.

The rehabilitation of project and management had been done by the community; therefore the ownership will be established.

Rehabilitation of the well is beneficial for villagers as well as their livestock.
