Cutover – 1 Conversion – Picking the DayConversion happens in 2 parts. While MO is being converted we still need to point to legacy since PPS we have a BW payroll being processed at this time. Current plan is to convert all the systems at once and after BW is complete and both BW and MO are in UCPath.

▪ IDM can handle 2 conversions. SSO for UCPath using new ID and the other systems the old ID.▪ MO snapshot 3/2. Automated conversion complete 3/7. Manual conversion/validation complete 3/10. ▪ BW snapshot 3/15. Automated conversion complete 3/20. Manual conversion/validation complete 3/23. ▪ Inbound Files for MO is due 3/21. CalTime, Parking impacted. They both are looking at work around

for the payroll file submittals. Parking has confirmed they are good.▪ Validation and manual data fixes will continue from 3/23 to 3/30.▪ Inbound Files for BW is due 3/26. (Time must be in UCPath by then)▪ Outbound MO GL & AM 3/28 (BFS must be in UCPath)▪ Outbound BW GL & AM 4/1 (BFS must be in UCPath)

▪ Please note: The UT cycle is the last opportunity to test conversions. It has better da ta than the previous IT (Integra tion Test) environment, but there a re still da ta problems. It would be good if you convert, and if the da ta causes your system a problem, we track it with a Service Now ticket so tha t we can manua lly address it right a fter conversion.

▪ Fina lly, next week we will discussion more about cutover timing. It would be helpful to the UCPath tech team to have some information about your conversion experiences to da te: i.e., wha t a re the sources of HR/ Pay da ta you a re depending on for conversion, when is it critica l to your opera tion to have tha t da ta , how long has your conversion test run?
