EXISTING SOCIAL PLATFORMS SUCH AS LINKEDIN AND QUORA CAN BE USED ALONGSIDE TRADITIONAL PUBLISHING SITES SUCH AS INC.COM, ENTREPRENEUR, VENTUREBEAT AND OTHERS. TYING CONTENT INTO TARGETED ADVERTISING EFFORTS THAT REFERS SEARCHES TO THAT CONTENT WILL FURTHER ENHANCE VISIBILITY AND GENERATE LEADS. FINALLY, WITH GREATER RISK BUT STRONGER COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT, WE COULD LOOK AT INGRATIATING OUR BRAND ON PLATFORMS SUCH AS REDDIT AND OTHER EMERGENT AND DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY FORUMS, OR CREATE SUCH A PLATFORM FROM SCRATCH AND APPROACH INFLUENCERS TO ENGAGE MEANINGFULLY WITH COMMUNITIES THAT ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT OUR INDUSTRY AND HAVE IDEAS AND SKILLS THAT CAN DRIVE CHANGE. AS A SINGLE CONCEPT TO ATTRACT THE BEST TALENT, CAPCO COULD LAUNCH AN ANNUAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT COMPETITION WHERE THE DEVELOPMENT COMMUNITY [STUDENTS AND PROFESSIONALS] ARE INVITED TO TACKLE A VARIETY OF BUSINESS PROBLEMS [DEFINED BY CAPCO] BY CREATING SOFTWARE ON WHATEVER PLATFORM THEY THINK SOLVES THE PROBLEM BEST. THE WINNING DEVELOPER/S RECEIVE FUNDING TO FURTHER BUILD OUT THEIR CONCEPT AND CAPCO THEN HAS ACCESS TO AND RETAINS NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND TALENT.

A SECOND CONCEPT COULD BE THE DEVELOPMENT OF A CAPCO RECRUITING APP THAT IS SUPPORTED BY TARGETED ONLINE ADVERTISING AND DIRECT UNIVERSITY RECRUITMENT ACTIVITIES. THE APP CONTAINS CAPCO’S PHILOSOPHY ON TALENT AS SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE BUT THIS CONTENT IS SUPPORTED BY LIVE AMA’S WITH CAPCO PARTNERS, CASE STUDY VIDEOS, WEEKLY PODCASTS WITH A CAPCO EMPLOYEE EXPLAINING A PROJECT THEY ARE WORKING ON AND REQUESTS FOR SPEAKING OPPORTUNITIES TO INVITE CAPCO PARTNERS TO SPEAK AT FACULTIES.
