The Gathering will be held in the Weber Center. There are forty-nine rooms available and most can be doubles. It behooves you to register early, as the overflow will be housed in a near-by motel. (If anyone stays at a motel, that wil be an additional charge, and one must provide on~·s own transportation to and from the motel. ) There are four rooms with handicapped accessibility. These rooms, will be given out on a first come first serve basis (same fee as private room). Anyone wishing to come early or stay later needs to negotiate the fee with Weber Center.

"Who is DIA? Moving the Arts as Preaching For this segment of the DIA Gathering please bring a small, easily transportable piece of work: poetry, music, photography; painting; watercolor; oil ; or documentation of what it is you do to explore the theme:
"WHERE MY TWO SIDES OF THE COIN --ART AND SPIRITUALITY-- COME TOGETHER."
This will be a table discussion where you can explore with others how art brings you to your spiritual space.

DIA Gatherin - 2014 DIA Artist Marketplace Display and Sales:
Artist Responsibilities: 1 . Artists shall be responsible for art work and materials. Every precaution will be taken to
protect and secure the artwork during the Gathering dates. Neither the DIA nor the host congregation will assume responsibility for loss or damage of artwork. Contact your own insurance provider for the protection of your work.
2. Each person who displays and sells is responsible for setting up one's own display. Display space will be assigned to those who request by the July 1 deadline. Requests received after the deadline or ''walk-ins" will be accommodated as possible, though space is not guaranteed.
3. Artists who wish to mail their items to the host site may do so. Items must not be sent before July 18, as there is another group in session until that date. Artists are responsibl for the arrangements regarding delivery and pick-up of materials. All materials are to be removed at the end of the Gathering. There is no available storage space. Mail Items to :

4. All sales at the Marketplace will be negotiated directly with the artist. The artist is responsible for providing change, if necessary. A fee for the sales space is not required, though donations to further the work of the DIA will be accepted. All tables will be the same size for this gathering.

Transportation for DIA Gathering - 2014 Driv ing? Go to tiie Adrian Dominican Website. At the bottom of the "Contact the Adrian Dominicans" you will find a link for driving directions posted by Google.
Flying? Need to have info & shuttle fee by July 1.
There is a Shuttle Service from Weber Center to the Airport. The fee is $40.00 round trip. Your information Will be forwarded to the Director of Weber Center who will arrange for the Shuttle Service to pick you up from the Detroit Airport. It is about an hour's drive from the Airport to Weber Center. Please fill out the following form to insure your pick-up by the shuttle service. Please try to arrive at the airport on a flight during the daytime on July 23. Please plan your return flight Saturday late afternoon, or Sunday, so that you can attend the full Gathering.

Directions for arrival: Go directly to baggage claim area (lower level), go outside at curb facing traffic. McNamara Terminal go to baggage door 5. North Terminal go to baggage door 2. Doors are marked on outside of Terminal. Driver will display "Adrian" sign. Drivers are not allowed to park or leave the car. If you do not flag down the car it will have to go around and take another five minutes to get back to the terminal.
