75% of people consider themselves in the top 10% of the leadership ability
“We tend to judge others by their behaviour, and ourselves by our intentions” - Albert F Schliede
How do you get people YOU want to DO what you want?
Two Questions:1. What attributes do you want?2. Do you have them and demonstrate them?
Think about a person you would love to work with. That person who you wish had sponsored you. Now ask yourself why? Why did you choose them? Would you choose yourself to sponsor you?
Action Step 1: Write down all the attributes that are
important to you and rate 1-10 (1 = not important to me,
10 = most important t me)Attribute Importance 1 - 10

To Become a Better Leader
• Invest in yourself and your personal development
• Write down your goals and make a plan to execute them
• Work deeper with fewer people
• Surround yourself with leaders that inspire you
• If there is someone who has what you want, look at what they do and follow it
Work With Fewer People Deeper
• More time with the RIGHT people
• Even if you don’t know the best people, you can find them
