2.1 Purpose The purpose of this release is to improve quality and performance in Regional Business Application (RBA), National Business Application (NBA), and Assisted Services Shared Information SysTem (ASSIST) by implementing 33 maintenance improvements identified during the Program Management Office (PMO) prioritization sessions. This release also contains 4 BIRT improvements and 7 infrastructure maintenance change requests.

3.3.3 Change DescriptionThis change limits the Invoice Number field to 22 characters entered by the user. This, plus the 8 character ACT number appended to the end by the system, will keep the INVOICE_NUM field to 30 characters or less.

5.2.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes a defect where, when a GSA user account was updated to a different Region the office_name did not update in the back-end. This was causing the Mod POs to reflect the old office_name.

5.3.2 Impact to WorkflowWhen users navigate to the ASSIST Portal, a message banner will be displayed notifying users they will need to change their passwords to comply with GSA mandated FIPS 140-2 security requirements.

5.3.3 Change DescriptionAll external users will be required to change their passwords to comply with GSA Mandated FIPS 140-2 security requirements. Upon logging in after this deployment existing passwords will be expired and the system will require users to reset their passwords.

5.3.4 Interface ImpactMandatory Password Reset message will be displayed on the ASSIST Portal login page.

5.13.3 Change DescriptionThis change adds the following enhancements to the ITSS FundWeb Archive Reports:

Any user utilizing parameters that require text entry - the parameters should not be case sensitive (accept upper & lower cases, or a combination of upper and lower case, the report will display values in accordance with those parameter options regardless of whether the data points displayed in the report are upper or lower case in the database)

The amounts field labels displayed on the report and exports to reflect specifically which Amount is being referenced - whether they are Citation specific or Funding Doc specific - Funding Doc, Totals Tab, Funding doc totals are explicitly called out; Citation totals are not Other tabs with Funding Document or Citation amount fields

Navigating to other tabs within the ITSS FundWeb Archive reports after having executed the report in given tab, the parameters carry over into the tab to which is navigated (assuming the parameters are available on that tab) and for the report to auto-generate based on those parameter values

Data within specific columns to wrap contents within the cell - IAA Number, and Client Order ID
