* As per TRAI regulation all operators special/discounted rate for SMS is restricted to maximum of100SMS per day w.e.f. 20th November 2012. It is also applicable on existing plans & packs.

Accuracy of measurement of time: - The call duration is measured with accuracy up to +/- 1 secondas per TRAI Regulations.

Call Charges :- Call charges are calculated based on the call units which are calculated by dividingcall duration by the pulse rate as defined in the Tariff Plan.

1. "As per TRAI regulations w.e.f 22nd March '13, Services to any Prepaid Mobileconnection will be deactivated for subscribers with less than Rs.20 balance and if thereis no usage i.e. without any usage (incoming or outgoing voice/video calls, OutgoingSMS, Mobile Internet / Data usage, VAS usage or purchases with balance) for 90 days.

2. Prepaid Mobile connections can be reactivated within grace period of 15 days from thedate of deactivation, by making payment of Rs.20.
