For ACO builders and planners, the ACO ShowerDrain offers the perfect way to create generously sized, uniform bathroom designs without any interruptions, changes in materials or barriers. Whether the design incorporates discreet lines, designer gratings made from stainless steel and a hotel logo according requirement. What is more, ACO’s premium products for hotel bathrooms guarantee maximum safety, load resistance and hygiene.
Thanks to the sheer variety of ACO ShowerDrain options available, you can rise to virtually any structural challenge and find the right solution for your design requirements. Various extension heights, right through to shower channels with vertical or horizontal sockets, with the ACO ShowerDrain range you are bound to find the solution you are looking for.
To prevent dirt and maintain a highly appealing surface appear- ance, the channel bodies and designer gratings in the series are brushed or electro-polished. This rules out the risk of damage to surfaces as a result of detach- ing or infiltration, and prevents dirt and bacteria from adhering to them. This makes the surfaces easy and quick to clean, meaning hardly any maintenance costs – a real advantage in hospitals and care homes.
In areas with large quantities of water and high levels of drain performance, ACO Building Drain- age recommends box channels with anti-slip grating designs. The line drainage concept offers the advantage of a one-sided gra- dient. This means that even large surfaces can be tiled without the need for additional tile cutting or jointing. Not only does this result in less cleaning, but it also makes the facilities much easier to use for people with limited freedom of movement.

High-quality stainless steel has been adopted in many different fields of application where stringent requirements apply in relation to hygiene, operational safety and material stability. ACO uses high-alloy stainless steel material grade 304 and 316.
To make cleaning easier, and to prevent dirt adhering in the first place, the surfaces of all ACO products are produced without any seams or cracks. Flat welded joints avoid the presence of any corners which could collect dirt.

ACO Shower channels, made in the United Arab Emirates, are produced in two grades of stainless steel, AISI304 or AISI316 and in 6 different standard lengths, a width of 70mm, with an outlet of D50 in the center and a grating with brushed surface. The standard gratings are available in 4 different designs. Quadrato, Wave, Tile-type and Solid. As customised solution we can provide the shower channels and gratings with other requested lenghts, widths and with off-center outlet positions according the requirements of the client. Other grating designs are possible to produce according the requirements of the clients.
