R2E shielding activities

Integration- all shielding walls = integrated; agreed by LHC integration team- official approval process to be launched through ICLDeadlines:Points 8: 13 AprilPoint 1: 20 AprilPoint 5: 4 May- simplified models still needed afterwards for implementation in CATIA models

Ordersall blocks are now ordered- Point 1 RBs special shape ‘frites’: 18th/19th April technical reception in Austria of the first 2 blocks by M. Lazzaroni and C. Saint Jal -pre-series of blocks 4x4 x2, 6x3x3: check by June in Bulgary by M. Lazzaroni and C. Saint Jal
